Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Invoicing<\/p>\n
\tInvoicing within a highly pressurized environment to a Corporate Customer base (Invoice management and execution)
\n\tFollow up with customers and transporters to ensure that all invoicing\/POs are received
\n\tAccurate invoicing to be done to Customer\u2019s once all supporting documents and checks have been finalized
\n\tCredit notes to be captured and processed in correct periods
\n\tVerification of invoices received and data validation\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
Webcost<\/p>\n
\tReview all coding and ensure first time right
\n\tAdhere to webcost timelines
\n\tReview Web query report weekly and action queries
\n\tRaise Web queries timeously where necessary
\n\tFollow up on credit notes \/ invoices etc from suppliers
\n\tEscalate any supplier concerns Business Support manager<\/p>\n
Financial Reporting\/Analysis\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tEnsure all financial reports are reviewed, investigated, and signed off by Business Support Manager

\n\tReview P&Ls with branch manager monthly<\/p>\n

\tResolve queries that may arise in the period that it occurs
\n\tMeet month end cut offs and deadlines
\n\tDesign, create and maintain relevant SOP\u2019s, Work Instructions etc. for Customer specific requirements and processes
\n\tFollow ups with the finance team to ensure payments received on time from Customers
\n\tInternal KPI\u2019s and timelines to be met and to have a deep understanding and execution of contractual SLAs & KPI\u2019s
\n\tEnsure all supporting documentation are uploaded onto the internal invoicing system
\n\tDevelop a strong, trusting relationship with customers and transporters
\n\tAdherence to HSE compliance and responsibilities
\n\tAdherence to tasks not stipulated in job profile i.e., audit compliance, adhoc duties due to operational requirements.
\n\tMaintain various reports in line with KPI and contractual obligations.
\n\tEnsure client queries are managed daily and necessary escalation and issue resolution is addressed within the agreed timelines
\n\tTraining and roll out of change management processes
\n\tEnsure on going performance measurement, systems and metrics are used and in line to service excellence and client centricity
\n\tConsistently reviewing data to identify areas of improvement to support the overall services and development<\/p>\n
