Your Mission:<\/p>\n
\tEnsuring sound and effective financial management
\n\tBusiness improvement initiation and implementation
\n\tEffective and efficient reporting to enable strategic decision-making
\n\tMaintain accurate inventory records using ERP\/WMS systems
\n\tInvestigate inventory discrepancies and minimize to within acceptable levels
\n\tMonitor and manage working capital of all inbound material and stock item maintenance spares
\n\tDevelop and implement efficiency improvements to streamline inventory efficiency
\n\tLead inventory audits
\n\tMaintain documentation for compliance purposes
\n\tTrain, coach and sign off staff on procedures and Mondi policies
\n\tCollaborate with operations business units, procurement, finance and service providers and to ensure coordination and alignment of inventory processes
\n\tDrive and coordinate projects to improve performance
\n\tImplement best practices in stock management to improve operational efficiency
\n\tManage relationships with key suppliers
\n\tOversee receiving and issuing of raw materials and spares to meet internal customer demands
\n\tManage SHEQ and compliance
\n\tGenerate and analyze inventory reports
\n\tForecast inventory needs based on trends and demands
\n\tLead initiatives to improve inventory accuracy and reduce waste through collaboration with business units<\/p>\n
Your Profile:<\/p>\n
\tDiploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field
\n\tMinimum of 5 years of experience in inventory, warehousing or stores management
\n\tExtensive SAP experience
\n\tPeople and Project management experience
\n\tKnowledge of inventory control principles and best practices
\n\tProficiency in MS Office applications (outlook, excel, word, presentation etc)
\n\tValid South African drivers license<\/p>\n
