supports and up-skills Authorised Principals and their advisors with relevant information, tools and technologies that will enable the Authorised principals and advisors in their practice. \u00a0\u00a0<br \/>\n\tProvide Authorized Principal and advisors with support and assistance to grow their practice<br \/>\n\tAdministration and processing of business<br \/>\n\tDrive sales and business building activities with Authorized Principal and advisors<br \/>\n\tBuild sound partnering relationships with the product provider resources, the Authorized Principal \u00a0 advisors\/service agents and Sanlam<\/p>\n<p>What will make you successful in this role?<\/p>\n<p>\tMust be comfortable working in a target driven, competitive, sales orientated environment<br \/>\n\tService and customer orientated<br \/>\n\tNatural relationship builder<br \/>\n\tPro-active, self-starter and energetic<br \/>\n\tGoal and target motivated<br \/>\n\tSales and marketing orientation<br \/>\n\tSocially confident and skilled to communicate well\u00a0<br \/>\n\tWillingness to travel<\/p>\n<p>Qualification &amp; experience<\/p>\n<p>\tWealth Management \u00a03 or equivalent<br \/>\n\tAn industry related qualification would be advantageous<br \/>\n\tRE 5 would be advantageous<br \/>\n\tMinimum 4 years\u2019 experience in Financial Services sales environment with a history of success<br \/>\n\tThorough understanding of the tied-adviser distribution model and supporting processing requirements would be advantageous<\/p>\n<p>Knowledge and skills\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tMS: Office (Excel, Word, PP);
