Key Responsibilities\u00a0<\/p>\n
Operational and Performance Management<\/p>\n
\tLead and manage the claims team and dashboards to achieve operational targets and service level agreements (SLAs).
\n\tMonitor the team\u2019s accuracy and efficiency in processing claims across all business lines.
\n\tEnsure timely and accurate settlement of claims in accordance with company policy and regulatory guidelines.
\n\tMonitor daily performance statistics and workforce management.
\n\tHandle daily claims focus, task distribution, and work allocations.
\n\tAssist clients with escalated queries and ensure suitable resolution.
\n\tComplete people management tasks accurately and timeously.
\n\tProvide regular coaching and conduct performance reviews.
\n\tDrive continuous process improvement to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n
