Inventory Management:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tOversee and manage daily inventory operations, ensuring\u00a0accurate\u00a0and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.\u00a0
\n\tEnsure proper\u00a0labelling, storage, and documentation of inventory items.\u00a0
\n\tMaintain\u00a0accurate\u00a0inventory records and reconcile inventory records with financial statements.\u00a0
\n\tConduct regular audits and stock counts, including quarterly wall-to-wall counts and weekly cycle counts.\u00a0
\n\tIdentify\u00a0and address inventory discrepancies, taking corrective\u00a0action\u00a0as necessary.\u00a0
\n\tImplement and\u00a0maintain\u00a0inventory management procedures and policies.\u00a0
\n\tDevelop and\u00a0maintain\u00a0effective inventory control procedures to ensure stock accuracy and availability.\u00a0
\n\tMonitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to avoid overstock or stockout situations.\u00a0\u00a0
\n\tOversee regular inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation processes.\u00a0\u00a0

\tCoordinate with the Warehouse Supervisor to assign personnel for receiving, storing, and dispatching inventory.\u00a0

\n\tMonitor and\u00a0optimize\u00a0storage space,\u00a0consolidating\u00a0inventory where necessary to free up space.\u00a0
\n\tConduct regular inspections of aisles for damaged stock, locations, and packaging issues.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\tImplement and manage the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to streamline inventory processes.\u00a0

\n\tRegularly review and update WMS data to ensure accuracy.\u00a0
\n\tUtilize WMS to generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and discrepancies.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\tGenerate and\u00a0analyze\u00a0inventory reports, including stock aging reports and process improvement logs.\u00a0

\n\tMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory management, such as stock accuracy, on-time delivery, and damage rates.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\tEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies related to inventory management.\u00a0

\n\tConduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential hazards in inventory management.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\tLead and mentor the inventory management team, including cycle counters and inventory control staff.\u00a0

Someone with:<\/p>\n
\tDiploma in Supply\u00a0Chain,\u00a0Inventory, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.\u00a0
\n\t5 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in a multi-principal warehouse environment.\u00a0
\n\tProven experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control software and advance Microsoft Excel skills
\n\tStrong analytical skills and attention to detail.\u00a0
\n\tExcellent organizational and\u00a0leadership abilities.\u00a0
\n\tKnowledge of relevant regulations, industry standards, and best practices in inventory management.\u00a0
\n\tStrong communication\u00a0and interpersonal skills.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\tExperience with SAP, Oracle, or other advanced WMS platforms.\u00a0
