Tzaneen (52832)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Job Description<\/p>\n<p>\tA leading global player in the Automotive Services industry has an opportunity for a Human Capital Manager, based in Kyalami, Gauteng.<br \/>\n\tTo develop and implement the Human Capital strategy in alignment with the overall AA strategy, thereby ensuring that business benefits from the value provided by Human Capital in meaningfully contributing to the achievement of their strategic goals.<br \/>\n\tWork closely with the Executive: Human Capital to review, develop, implement, facilitate fair application of workplace policies and labour legislation by monitoring and reporting on business compliance to appropriate industrial relations legislation by building the employee relations capability and enabling management effectiveness through the execution of proactive employee relations initiatives, aligned to the organisational philosophy.<br \/>\n\tIn addition, the incumbent will formulate assessment strategies to effectively measure candidates&#8217; suitability to positions.<\/p>\n<p>Job Related Information:<\/p>\n<p>\tDepartment: Human Capital<br \/>\n\tDirect Report To: Human Capital Executive<\/p>\n<p>Duties and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>\tExecute on the HC strategy by partnering with business stakeholders<br \/>\n\tEmbed the values of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) into the heart of our day-to-day culture by executing on the DEI strategy<br \/>\n\tDefine, own and lead the Employment Equity imperatives in close partnership and collaboration with management in line with overall group EE Strategy<br \/>\n\tManage the reporting and MI\/BI process: prepare HC reports and metrics, statutory submissions (EE) and other ad-hoc reporting (input into integrated report)<br \/>\n\tFacilitate the consultations and implementation of the EE strategy and the implementation initiatives to drive and support attainment of EE strategy and targets<br \/>\n\tKeep track of engagements in accordance with EEA and EE Strategy<br \/>\n\tFacilitate the legislated EE forum meetings: Preparation of EE reports in EEA formats including leading meetings of annual EE Annual submissions with Learning &amp; Development Manager<br \/>\n\tPerform operational duties to fulfil EEA requirements of reporting, analysis, insights, and functional targets<br \/>\n\tManage relationships with Department of Labour by reporting, keeping abreast of new developments, advising, and partnering with business and implementing new requirements<br \/>\n\tComplete EE reports and submissions to the Department of Labour<br \/>\n\tSupport the business unit Executive and Senior Managers to ensure that all HC deliverables and requirements are met<br \/>\n\tResponsible for all administrative processes related to the gathering of information required for the annual BBBEE certificate renewal<br \/>\n\tFacilitate labour relations processes and interventions<br \/>\n\tCollaborate with the business units, utilising business intelligence and analysis to integrate people issues into the business planning cycle<br \/>\n\tComply with governance, compliance policies and procedures<br \/>\n\tEnsure compliance with Safety, Health &amp; Environment standards<br \/>\n\tDrive proactive initiatives to increase ER\/LR awareness with managers &amp; employees and support any ad hoc workforce events such as M&amp;A, etc. that require ER or LR involvement<br \/>\n\tEnsure that constant employee interaction is executed, and employee is handled accordingly to ensure that all employee matters is addressed<br \/>\n\tManage and ensure that all IR\/ER matters are handled fairly and in-line with the BCEA and LRA regulations and the code of conduct<br \/>\n\tRepresent the company at the CCMA and other external bodies<br \/>\n\tAnalyse and interpret respective data and reports to both monitor progress and proactively identify trends that inform direction, initiatives, and corrective actions to mitigate risk and meet the needs of the business and drive action plans<br \/>\n\tLead a team that provides services in a timely manner, treats the workforce respectfully, and maintains high levels of confidentiality, trust, and integrity in the handling of sensitive matters<br \/>\n\tManage employee wellness initiatives<br \/>\n\tManage all HC projects and ensure the timeously and cost\/budget effective execution thereof<\/p>\n<p>Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n<p>Job Knowledge:<\/p>\n<p>\tKnowledge of strategic planning, organisational development and change management practices<br \/>\n\tDeep understanding of the labour regulations<br \/>\n\tAbility to manage administration processes on a day-to-day basis to ensure professionalism and communications with all relevant parties<br \/>\n\tAn advanced level of computer knowledge working with MS Word, MS Outlook and MS Excel packages is required<br \/>\n\tDOL inspections experience<br \/>\n\tKnowledge of various wellness intervention strategies<\/p>\n<p>Job Related Skills:<\/p>\n<p>\tGood interpersonal and communication skills<br \/>\n\tAttention to detail, confident and quick learner<br \/>\n\tAn ability to co-ordinate and organise tasks effectively<br \/>\n\tAble to take ownership, prioritise, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision and work within schedules required<br \/>\n\tBeing reliable, responsible, and dependable, and fulfilling obligations<br \/>\n\tAbility to use own initiative and work independently<br \/>\n\tHighly disciplined, and a self-motivator<\/p>\n<p>Job Experience:<\/p>\n<p>\t7 years of relevant work experience<br \/>\n\tWork experience within Automotive or Manufacturing industry would be preferable<br \/>\n\tSolid ER\/IR experience ranging from misconduct and poor performance, to restructures and mergers, retrenchments and CCMA \/ Labour Court cases (essential)<br \/>\n\tMust be willing to travel nationally<\/p>\n<p>Education:<\/p>\n<p>\tA Bachelors&#8217;
