Duties & Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Reception and switchboard<\/p>\n
\tAnswer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously.
\n\tWelcome and assist visitors in a professional manner.
\n\tMaintain office security by regulating visitor access at the reception desk.
\n\tUpdate and manage the corporate telephone directory.
\n\tMake internal announcements via the telephone system.
\n\tEnsure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.<\/p>\n
Administrative support<\/p>\n
\tReceive, screen, and distribute incoming communications and deliveries.
\n\tCoordinate and manage meeting room bookings to prevent scheduling conflicts.
\n\tMonitor and ensure functionality of office equipment in reception and meeting areas.
\n\tRaise and follow up on maintenance requests (PM notifications).
\n\tArrange standard refreshments and appropriate crockery for scheduled meetings.
\n\tCoordinate and manage the [email\u00a0protected] email account, ensuring timely responses, appropriate routing of queries, and professional communication.
\n\tPerform general clerical and receptionist duties as required or instructed by the Facility Manager.<\/p>\n
