Responsibilities
\nLeadership:<\/p>\n
\tLead & empower a designated team of store managers in order to achieve the Operations strategy & imperatives.
\n\tRecruit & facilitate individuals with a key focus on Talent Management in order to have a robust succession plan.
\n\tDrive performance through reward and recognition & manage poor performance to improve engagement.<\/p>\n
Customer Strategy:<\/p>\n
\tLead a designated team to execute customer-related strategies & maintain standards in order to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
\n\tDrive the business values in order to create a culture of brand ambassadors & to improve employee engagement.<\/p>\n
Sales Growth Profitability:<\/p>\n
\tAnalyse various financial reports in order to identify opportunities to increase sales and profit.<\/p>\n
Business Opportunities:<\/p>\n
\tIdentify new store opportunities to generate non-comparable sales.
\n\tAnalyse current processes & procedures in order to identify improvements & efficiencies.
\n\tFeedback on potential product opportunities to merchant teams in order to increase sales.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tRelevant Tertiary Qualification.
\n\t5 Years management experience as a Store Manager with extra responsibilities.
\n\tBusiness Acumen.
\n\tMicrosoft Office.
\n\tComputer Literacy.
\n\tLeadership Skills
\n\tBusiness understanding of the Sheet Street Customer, Profit and loss, Basic Labour Law, Retail Merchandise Cycle & the Customer Journey.<\/p>\n
