We are currently looking for a Project & Site Coordinator who will participate in and aid with customer projects and service agreements, support the sales and marketing of energy services and new capital projects and assist with the coordination of site works and relevant contractors.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tPlan, coordinate, and manage project logistics, including site establishment and de-establishment.
\n\tWork at customer sites (primarily in South Africa).
\n\tProcure project services and materials, including negotiation with local suppliers.
\n\tHandle invoicing details and master administrative tasks using Excel, Word, and ERP systems (LN, Ariba).
\n\tMake practical arrangements during emergency repair work and support site activities, including during shutdowns (potentially up to 2 months).
\n\tPrepare site visit and project reports (daily\/weekly as required).
\n\tSupport quotation preparation and order handling processes.
\n\tAssist with accommodation and other practical arrangements for project teams.
\n\tProvide support for sales activities as needed.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Skills<\/p>\n
\tStrong administrative skills; mastery of Excel, Word, and ERP systems (LN, Ariba, or similar).
\n\tFluent written and spoken English (additional local languages will be considered a plus).
\n\tExperience in supply chain topics.
\n\tAbility to work independently, efficiently, with attention to detail.
\n\tStrong organizational skills; able to adapt quickly and deliver under pressure.
\n\tWillingness to travel and work at customer sites, including flexible hours and extended periods during shutdowns.
\n\tProactive, target-oriented, and service-minded with a strong work ethic.
\n\tExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.
\n\tExperience in technical engineering environments or construction site planning is advantageous.
\n\tAbility to work well with sub-contractors and suppliers in engineering and manufacturing industries.<\/p>\n
