Position Overview :<\/p>\n
\tAs a Channel Operations Representative, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our channel partners and ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
\n\tYou will be responsible for managing day-to-day interactions with our channel partners, providing them with the necessary support, and facilitating effective communication between internal teams and external partners.
\n\tThis role requires a strong blend of relationship-building skills, operational efficiency, and attention to detail.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities :<\/p>\n
\tRetail Partner Support :\u00a0Act as the primary point of contact for our channel partners, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely assistance to ensure a positive partner experience..
\n\tStore level Inventory\/Stock Management :\u00a0Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to ensure adequate stock availability for channel partners.
\n\tStore Sales Support :\u00a0Collaborate with the sales team to support channel partner activities, including providing sales materials, proof of execution reports, and tracking sales performance.
\n\tRetail Training\u00a0 :\u00a0Assist in the onboarding and training of new channel partners, providing them with the necessary resources and guidance to effectively represent our products and services.
\n\tData Analysis and Reporting :\u00a0Analyse channel performance metrics and provide regular reports to management, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
\n\tProcess Improvement :\u00a0Continuously evaluate and improve channel operations processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
\n\tRelationship Management :\u00a0Cultivate strong relationships with channel partners, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their needs within the organisation.
\n\tRetail Merchandising: Execution of all marketing enforcement within retail outlets and management of day-to-day merchandising\u00a0<\/p>\n
Requirements :<\/p>\n
\tMatric Certificate is compulsory.\u00a0
\n\tRelevant Qualifications will be advantageous .\u00a0
\n\tMinimum 3-5 years Proven experience in channel management, operations, or sales support roles.
\n\tStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Must be able to facilitate Training and work with large groups .\u00a0
\n\tExcellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
\n\tAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
\n\tAdaptability and willingness to embrace change in a fast-paced environment.
\n\tKnowledge of Technology and channel management best practices is preferred.
