\nKey Competencies & requirements:<\/p>\n
\tProblem solving
\n\tKnowledge of manufacturing

\n\tMultitasking and organizational ability
\n\tAttention to detail
\n\tB ENG OR B TEC \u2013 Mechanical or industrial Engineering qualification
\n\t2-year experience in manufacturing environment
\n\tAt least 2 years\u2019 experience on SAP or Syspro experience
\n\tPlanning experience
\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and project management tools
\n\tProject management experience
\n\tSupply chain experience<\/p>\n
Key Functions of Role, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:<\/p>\n
\tTracking of materials between suppliers and within the company
\n\tFollowing up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials or products
\n\tMonitoring shortages, and prioritizing urgent shipments
\n\tCoordinating with purchasing, warehousing, and production teams to prevent delays
\n\tResolving delays or bottlenecks by escalating issues or finding alternatives
\n\tUpdating production schedule as per delivery of materials
\n\tInternal and external expediter
\n\tOther administrative tasks as requested.<\/p>\n
