{"id":19847,"date":"2025-09-24T12:02:15","date_gmt":"2025-09-24T12:02:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/southafrica\/job\/manager-strategic-planning-evaluation-and-monitoring-manager-human-capital\/"},"modified":"2025-12-25T01:31:15","modified_gmt":"2025-12-25T01:31:15","slug":"manager-strategic-planning-evaluation-and-monitoring-manager-human-capital","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/southafrica\/?post_type=job_listing&p=19847","title":{"rendered":"Manager: Strategic Planning, Evaluation and Monitoring \n\n\n            \n\n            \n            Manager: Human Capital"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Individual will primarily be responsible for, but not limited to the following:<\/p>\n<p>Strategic Planning<\/p>\n<p>\tStrategically manage the development and maintenance of the NHBRC strategic, annual performance and work planning policies and instruments;<br \/>\n\tFacilitate the development, adoption and publishing of the NHBRC Strategic Plan;<br \/>\n\tDirect the development and maintenance of the NHBRC planning agenda;<br \/>\n\tFacilitate the development and maintenance of measurable performance indicators for all planning instruments;<br \/>\n\tMonitor and evaluate the performance of NHBRC programmes and report thereon;<br \/>\n\tManage the submission of quarterly performance monitoring and evaluation reports to the CEO, Council and the Department;<br \/>\n\tManage and consolidate briefings and other performance reports as and when required by the CEO;<br \/>\n\tAssist in the development of the Annual Report and the publication thereof;<br \/>\n\tCo-ordinate submissions on Portfolio of Evidence as well as the performance information Body of Knowledge;<br \/>\n\tProvide quarterly performance articles for the NHBRC newsletter\/intranet;<br \/>\n\tCompile and submit reports to executives, registry, audit, fund, and National Treasury and Council;<\/p>\n<p>Research<\/p>\n<p>\tCoordinate research and data collection initiatives in support of organisation strategic\/other planning processes;<br \/>\n\tResponsible for monitoring changes within the sector and market, analysing, competitors, customers, and business operations in order to provide strategic input;<br \/>\n\tAssess current and future policy requirements to support strategic aims in conjunction with the organisation\u2019s senior management; and<br \/>\n\tResearch best practice to enable best design of the strategy;<\/p>\n<p>Analysis and Evaluation<\/p>\n<p>\tDevelop and implement a monitoring and evaluation system;<br \/>\n\tManage the development and collation of data and statistics for the CEO;<br \/>\n\tCo-ordinate data from MINTOP, Portfolio Committee, Technical and Select Committee on Human Settlements for the NHBRC, analyse and provide information briefings to the CEO and EXCO;<br \/>\n\tConduct SWOT analysis as part of the strategic planning process and manage;<br \/>\n\tManage, consolidate and analyse NHBRC performance reports;<br \/>\n\tResponsible for overseeing organisational reviews, communicating results to top management, and developing strategies based on organisational reviews;<br \/>\n\tAnalyse and recommend emerging industry trends, expansion opportunities, competitive threats, internal business performance and business process improvement;<br \/>\n\tAnalyse if the sections and divisions will meet or not meet their targets and initiate interventions in place to resolve the problem;<br \/>\n\tMonitor and evaluate monthly and quarterly organizational performance;<br \/>\n\tManage and oversee secretarial services to management committees;<br \/>\n\tMonitor progress on EXCO and management resolutions;
