Job Description<\/p>\n
\tSeeking business opportunities to maintain and grow the assigned portfolio
\n\tBuild solid professional relationships with both the client and staff
\n\tAchieve set revenue targets
\n\tMonitor competitors activity
\n\tPerform customer visits with your team
\n\tAssist team in managing accounts under threat (where CRM manages more than one client)
\n\tDay-to-day management of the team including implementation of policies and procedures
\n\tSupport and coach critical sales activities within the team
\n\tMonitor overall sales activities, including revenue performance, visitations and prospecting
\n\tOrganize regular team meetings<\/p>\n
Job Requirements – Experience and Education<\/p>\n
\tMinimum requirement is a Matric (Grade 12) qualification
\n\tBachelors Degree or similar qualification and\/or experience
\n\t7 Years minimum corporate experience in client services
\n\t7 Years minimum experience within the Logistics and Supply chain industry
\n\tNeed to have worked for reputable corporates
\n\tProven track record of management and constant year on year growth with a high profile client portfolio
\n\tExperience in presentation and negotiation of business solutions at senior management level
\n\tValid Code 08 drivers license and own reliable transport<\/p>\n
