Duties<\/p>\n
\tVetting of vendor applications for on-boarding to ensure all governance and contractual requirements are met and processes, policies and procedures have been adhered to
\n\tLiaise with vendors and BME applicants on outstanding vendor documentation and information required for vetting and on-boarding
\n\tManage the vendor data base in respect of set-up to ensure accurate transactional processing, governance (documents and certificates), vendor information updates and account usage
\n\tGuide and train users where required on processes, policies and procedures related to vendor selection, contracting and onboarding
\n\tProvide administrative and analytical support for requests in the procurement and RFP mailbox
\n\tAssist in the analysis and scoring of RFP submissions
\n\tExtracting and presenting data requested by BBBEE Auditors and Internal and External Auditors. Provide documentary proof as requested and address any queries
\n\tFollow up with potential suppliers, legal and internal stakeholders on outstanding contract reviews\u00a0<\/p>\n
