\n\tThe successful candidate will be responsible to ensure growth targets for mobile betting are achieved. Analyse financial information to identify trends, manage costs, and increase profits within the team. Ensure proactive reporting on these areas.<\/p>\n

What You\u2019ll Do For The Brand:<\/p>\n
\tWork closely with Area Managers to meet required targets\u00a0
\n\tPlan marketing campaigns\/promotions\/events with the assistance of the Area Manager and regional marketing Team\u00a0
\n\tFacilitate daily promotional activities\u00a0
\n\tEnsure marketing material is available and in good condition for all campaigns. All campaigns\/promotions should be completed successfully and professionally\u00a0
\n\tManagement of stock (daily report on stock levels and usage)\u00a0
\n\tMeasure the effectiveness of promotions. Use Promo Tracker to measure the effectiveness of the promotion\/event\/campaign\u00a0
\n\tConduct market analysis\/research to make suggestions for improvements within the mobile department
\n\tRecruitment and interviewing in coordination with Area Manager and HR department
\n\tThe performance and team management of sales agents this includes the setting of daily targets, completing performance reviews, (twice a year) conducting day-to-day people management functions such as HR\/IR, and the poor performance of team members (PIP) function.
\n\tManagement of team members leave, absenteeism, and attendance\u00a0
\n\tIdentify potential of Top Up Voucher outlets. Visiting outlets where required\u00a0
\n\tOrganise continuous training to ensure sales agents understand the different betting types, betting process, products and TUV
\n\tWeekly completion of all Moodle\/Betstrike and Voice note training and Trainer on Wheels\u00a0
\n\tEnsure that cash-ups are done following the cash-up procedures. Responsible to ensure that there are no shortages. Report all shortages to management immediately
\n\tEnsure that Booster vehicles are clean, branding is in good condition, vehicle inspections are conducted weekly, and that vehicles are serviced\u00a0
\n\tSubmit Daily Reports\u00a0
