\tTo recruit new students through the application of the Rosebank College methodology, effective stakeholder relationship management and brand awareness.<\/p>\n
Duties & Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Cold Calling<\/p>\n
\tView existing student databases and contact existing students for referrals.
\n\tContact parents of existing students and enquire about sibling’s prospective enrolment at Rosebank College.
\n\tResurrect in-active students from database.
\n\tContact prospective students to market the brand.<\/p>\n
Telephonic Consultations<\/p>\n
\tMake initial telephonic contact with prospective students.
\n\tIntroduce the brand.
\n\tInvite them for telephonic interviews to discuss prospective career options.
\n\tSet up telephonic consultations.
\n\tExplain the purpose of the interview and the process.
\n\tAcquire and capture student’s details on the database.
\n\tPresent the Rosebank College philosophy.
\n\tAsk career-specific questions to establish a course of interest.
\n\tDiscuss the course\/s in detail.
\n\tCheck for understanding.
\n\tRespond to the prospects\u2019\/ student’s queries and concerns.
\n\tAdvise students\/prospects regarding acceptance into Rosebank College
\n\tBuild rapport with the students during the interview process.
\n\tAdvise students of the application closing date.<\/p>\n

\tMatric (NQF Level 4 Qualification)
\n\tSales qualification – Ideal<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
\tSales experience (1 Year)<\/p>\n
