\tThe Sr. Analyst, Solutions Management will help Visa clients manage the risk of accepting payments online. This will include analyzing order data tidentify emerging fraud trends, developing strategies tmitigate these trends, and working closely with Visa\u2019s clients timplement these strategies using a combination of Visa and industry tools.<\/p>\n

\tDrives client acceptance by leveraging relationships and strategies that align with Risk Solution Services goals, automation, and retention objectives
\n\tRegularly discusses and pursues client goals, demonstrating an understanding in clients\u2019 evolving business strategies
\n\tContinually builds rapport with clients and the Visa account teams tpromote retention and stay ahead of competitive risk
\n\tAnticipates fluctuations and proactively identifies anomalies with business relationships
\n\tIs an early adopter of complementary Visa products and offerings and is proactive in learning how tleverage updates and enhancements for Visa and client success
\n\tAdvocates productively on behalf of the client about product feedback and enhancement requests<\/p>\n

\tUses Business Intelligence tools tcontinually highlight client return on investment, aligning acceptance and fraud KPIs with Risk Solution Services objectives

Qualifications
\nBasic Qualifications<\/p>\n
\t8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor\u2019s Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD<\/p>\n
Relevant work experience:<\/p>\n
\tWorking in eCommerce payment industry
\n\tCollaborating on and with enterprise-wide products, projects, and programs
\n\tDeriving insights and action items through analysis
\n\tProviding Solutions Delivery\/professional services
\n\tProficiency in Microsoft 365 (Office)
\n\tExceptional presentation, consultative, and communication skills
\n\tProficient in Python, Java, or another major programming language, with a focus on data analysis, machine learning, or algorithm development.
\n\tSkilled in using SQL for data analysis.
\n\tHands-on experience in handling and mining large, diverse data sets.
\n\tDemonstrated experience working with or fine-tuning machine learning models in fast-paced, real-time prediction environments.<\/p>\n
