\tAchieve set targets and grow MAN truck sales and market share within the assigned region.
\n\tSet, monitor, and report on regional sales targets and performance against agreed KPIs.
\n\tSupport dealers in developing and executing annual business plans and sales strategies.
\n\tAct as a brand ambassador, ensuring adherence to MAN standards.
\n\tManage the sales relationship between MAN NSC RSA and appointed Private Capital Dealers (PCDs).
\n\tTrack competitor activity and advise on tactical sales plans.
\n\tActively engage in customer visits and support deal-making activities.
\n\tIdentify and address sales challenges, implementing corrective action plans.
\n\tCoach, mentor, and develop sales teams and dealer staff.
\n\tSupport PCDs with recruitment, training, mentoring, and retention of sales staff.
\n\tConduct joint customer visits and provide direct sales support where required.
\n\tCollaborate with the Head of Truck Sales to align sales strategies with national objectives.
\n\tEnsure regional marketing and communication initiatives are effectively implemented.<\/p>\n

Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tGrade: 12 Matric Certificate
\n\tRelevant bachelor’s degree<\/p>\n
Skills:<\/p>\n
\tCustomer focused with a results driven approach.
\n\tExperience in new and used vehicle sales processes.
\n\tWillingness to travel extensively.
\n\tDevelop and motivate staff.
\n\tMarket knowledge.
\n\tHigh level communication, interpersonal relations and negotiation skills.<\/p>\n
Experience:<\/p>\n
\tSales experience within the heavy commercial vehicles industry – 10 years’ Experience, leading and motivating a team – 7 years.<\/p>\n
