Job Description:<\/p>\n
\tThe Global Supply Chain learner (GSC Learner) is responsible for generating and supplying management information (MI) reports in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner. These reports comprise Health, Safety and Quality performance, data entry activities, and general Supply Chain reports. Additionally, the incumbent actively participates in relevant meetings to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
\n\tAlso responsible for coordination of product change within Supply Chain that include the F2103 process, engaging with 3P manufacturers as well as collating data for update in bp Global Database
\n\tThe incumbent works closely with Blendcor Joint Venture (JV), UnicoTec, technology, procurement and mainly manufacturing departments to ensure continual support to manufacturing management in meeting service level agreement between SC and its customers.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Quality Performance<\/p>\n
\tTracking supplier quality performance and recording non-conformities in the regional supplier complaints registry system.
\n\tRecording and tracking customer complaints via global data base (eQMS).
\n\tMonitoring 3rd party manufacturers\u2019 product quality performance and updating MI periodic reports.
\n\tCapture minutes & generating periodic quality performance reports from engagements between Castrol & its 3P suppliers.
\n\tTracking & recording manufacturing Quality Observation Conversations (QOC\u2019s) against global performance.
\n\tCoordinating Inter laboratory Correlation Programe (ILCP) testing samples in the region i.e. collate & report results from participants.<\/p>\n
F2103\/NPI Process<\/p>\n
\tCoordinating and tracking efficient execution of F2103 relating to New Product Introduction (NPI) as well as product change activities between technology, marketing, manufacturing and relevant 3rd party manufacturers.<\/p>\n
Handling of Customer samples\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tReceiving & distributing customer samples to relevant manufacturers in cases of complaints
\n\tTracking customer complaint Root Cause Analysis (RCA) progress and collating data for reporting.<\/p>\n
Compliance & Quality Audits<\/p>\n
\tTracking audit findings & following up with 3P\u2019s for closure.<\/p>\n
Qualification & Skills<\/p>\n
\tDegree holder in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering or other related field
\n\tExcellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
\n\tProficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
\n\tAbility to think analytically and solve problems independently
\n\tDetail oriented with strong organizational abilities
\n\tStrong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships quickly
\n\tDemonstrates agility by being flexible and open to change
\n\tAwareness of sustainability issues and how they relate to business operations<\/p>\n
