A well-established logistics business is seeking to appoint an IT Solution Architect Lead for a fixed term 1 year contract.
\n\tTo provide technology vision and leadership in the entire product development lifecycle including the design, development and implementation and maintenance of all new and existing South African Business Systems.<\/p>\n
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n
\tMatric or equivalent qualification
\n\tDegree in Computer Science or Similar Qualifications
\n\tMinimum of 10+ years general IT experience.
\n\tMinimum of 5 years\u2019 experience in a similar IT leadership position.
\n\tMinimum of 10 years Full Stack Development Experience (majority with C#)
\n\tHave knowledge of multiple back-end languages (like C#, Java), back-end frameworks and front- end frameworks
\n\tHave extensive knowledge and working experience of MSSQL databases, web servers and application services.
\n\tHave extensive working knowledge of EDI frameworks, RESTful APIs, webservices and similar technologies.
\n\tHave extensive knowledge of and experience in testing and debugging.
\n\tHave experience with coaching and mentoring other developers.
\n\tExperience overseeing and driving projects forward.
\n\tExperience in the Logistics\/Supply Chain environment will be an advantage.
\n\tExperience in data warehousing would be an advantage.
\n\tExperience in PowerBI would be an advantage.
\n\tBe familiar with cloud platforms and containerization technologies in general with Azure working experience.<\/p>\n
