\tDrive client relationships, business development, pipelines and proposals
\n\tLead programme delivery across Banking, Insurance and Wealth Management clients
\n\tDrive market, client and competitor insight via immersive and data driven analysis
\n\tFormulate corporate, BU and sales and service strategies and propositions
\n\tLead design of business models, operating models and business architecture
\n\tPerform value architecture to outline cost benefit insights for opportunities
\n\tLead delivery of experience, digital and AI \/ Gen AI led transformation, collaborating with our other services (e.g. Accenture Song, and Technology)
\n\tPlay a leading role in building the Financial Services practice and community<\/p>\n
Qualification<\/p>\n
Who and what we are looking for?\u00a0<\/p>\n
\t10 years+ experience with a top-tier strategy or consulting firm (MBB, Big 4, equivalent)
\n\tSuccessful track record and experience in Financial Services (Banking, Insurance, Wealth)
\n\tExceptional understanding of trends and opportunities in Banking, Insurance, Wealth
\n\tProven ability to originate, manage, and close sales opportunities
\n\tBachelors Degree as a minimum (e.g. Business Science, Commerce, Engineering, Other)
\n\tSolid foundational Strategy & Consulting skills (extensive consulting experience required)
\n\tFluent understanding of opportunities Technology, AI and Gen AI present
\n\tStrong client relationship skills, stakeholder management, commercial \/ negotiation skills
\n\tStrong problem-solving abilities and balance of conceptual and practical thinking
\n\tKeen interest in taking solutions to market, from concept to execution
\n\tCurious nature, positive attitude and strong team player<\/p>\n
