\tTo translate business, other stakeholder requirements and user stories into system requirement and act as a link between business analyst, other requirements stakeholders and the software team
\n\tTo translate overarching end to end design into detailed designs and provide technical leadership to the software developers and other designers<\/p>\n
Job Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tTechnical experience as a Developer
\n\tDevOps experience
\n\tIntricate knowledge of the technical architecture of Front Arena
\n\tExperience with Front Arena integration development
\n\tExperience with integration of telemetry data into ELK\/Dynatrace or similar monitoring tools
\n\tDesign and develop project solutions
\n\tGrow the teams\u2019 skills and knowledge
\n\tAssist developers with how to solve technical solution
\n\tProvide guidance to stakeholders in terms of expertise and experience
\n\tGuide and practice code design, analysis and integration to ensure effective application of technology
\n\tConduct Technology Reviews of code and design quality assurance
\n\tDrive assets health in the relevant technologies or domains
\n\tDefine and review Patterns \/ practices\/standards in application of technology or domain
\n\tGuide Code Branching and Merging
\n\tPlay an advisory role to Engineering leads and other stakeholders (Engineering lead and Div execs)
\n\tCollaboration with domain architects and technical consultants ito technology and \/or domain roadmaps
\n\tWork within governance and compliance frameworks of the organisation in terms of Technology and domain application
\n\tProvide detailed Technical roadmaps in context of the organisation architecture and interdependent technologies
\n\tPlan and drive implementation of the agreed technical roadmaps
\n\tConduct research and development experimentation to test thinking regarding technology or domain applicability
\n\tParticipate in special interest groups and confrerences relating to these assets
\n\tEnsure an understanding of technology or domain requirements, performance integrations and optimisation as positioned in organisation
\n\tAssist with and apply troubleshooting to resolve issues
\n\tEvaluate and influence technology decisions
\n\tMitigate risk by evaluating risks and impacts on technology or domain
\n\tUpdate the asset knowledge base
\n\tConduct internal knowlege sharing sessions
\n\tProvide coaching, mentoring and upskilling of others within area of expertise
\n\tSupport the achievement of the business strategy, objectives and values
\n\tStay abreast of developments in field of expertise
\n\tEnsure personal growth and enable effectiveness in performance of roles and responsibilities
\n\tContribute to the Nedbank Culture building initiatives (e.g. staff surveys etc.)
\n\tParticipate and support corporate responsibility initiatives for the achievement of business strategy
\n\tSeek opportunities to improve business processes, models and systems though agile thinking
\n\tConduct self development both by mentoring others and being mentored
\n\tParticipate in the talent management practise of the Engineering stream<\/p>\n
