Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Machine Operation & Setup<\/p>\n
\tOperate and set glueing machines according to job specifications and customer requirements.
\n\tEnsure optimal machine performance without compromising quality and safety.
\n\tPerform machine changeovers and raw material replacements efficiently.
\n\tManage machine settings, troubleshoot breakdowns, and report issues to management immediately.<\/p>\n
Quality Control<\/p>\n
\tPerform first-off sample checks; ensure final product meets specifications.
\n\tMonitor quality throughout the run, and reduce waste through careful oversight.
\n\tEnsure signed samples are available and accessible during production.<\/p>\n
Maintenance & Safety<\/p>\n
\tConduct routine and preventative maintenance as per maintenance plan.
\n\tComplete and submit daily maintenance and production checklists.
\n\tEnsure all safety measures are strictly followed and machines are compliant.<\/p>\n
Team Coordination<\/p>\n
\tCollaborate with feeders, packers, and team members to ensure smooth workflow.
\n\tConduct effective handovers between shifts and communicate key issues.
\n\tProvide daily feedback to supervisors on machine performance and issues.<\/p>\n
Lean & 5S Management<\/p>\n
\tParticipate in Lean Manufacturing and 5S activities (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).
\n\tMaintain high housekeeping and visual management standards.<\/p>\n
Documentation & Compliance<\/p>\n
\tEnsure all process documents, production sheets, and incident reports are completed accurately and on time.
\n\tAdhere to ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000 (Version 6) standards.
\n\tSupport quality management and food safety systems as assigned.<\/p>\n
Required Qualifications & Experience:<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 2 years of experience operating glueing machines in a manufacturing or printing environment.
\n\tProven machine setup experience is highly advantageous.
\n\tKnowledge of ISO9001, FSSC22000, or similar quality management systems is beneficial.
\n\tBasic mechanical knowledge and machine troubleshooting skills.<\/p>\n
