Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
\tMatric (Grade 12)
\n\tTertiary Qualification in Human Resource\/Employee Relations\/IR qualification will be advantageous.
\n\t1 year working experience in HR\/ IR related roles
\n\tComputer literate – advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel
\n\tStrong written and verbal communication skills
\n\tKnowledge of various Labour legislation (LRA, BCEA, EE,) preferable<\/p>\n
Key Performance Areas\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tExecute compliance monitoring processes, such as Labour Inspector visits
\n\tCheck all disciplinary documentation received and ensure 100% compliance
\n\tPromoting harmonious workplace relations and sound employment practices in accordance with relevant labor legislation and the company\u2019s policies and procedures
\n\tAssist with investigation of incidents and ensure fair and consistent application of the disciplinary code
\n\tArrange hearings where applicable
\n\tAssist with the preparation of all disciplinary enquiries
\n\tAssist with drafting of communications and preparations of documentation relating to CCMA cases
\n\tKeep proper records of all IR related matters
\n\tDrafting of communication: Emails, letters, reports<\/p>\n
