Key Objectives<\/p>\n
\tAdminister Operating systems
\n\tAdminister standard server software
\n\tManage and administer backups
\n\tReporting on the server environment i.e. usage reports
\n\tManage shares and security in the server environment
\n\tAdministration of Active Directory\/Exchange where needed
\n\tInstall and support operating system software patches
\n\tInstall and support windows desktop packages including anti-virus and mail.
\n\tProvide technical support to internal customers, assisting them with hardware and application problems by phone, email, and face to face. To escalate complex queries to the relevant team member or external support provider for resolution when necessary.
\n\tTo deal with requests for user support from the helpdesk and ensure an efficient, customer-focused response is provided and a high quality of customer service is maintained.
\n\tTo ensure that support calls are logged on the helpdesk system and resolved within SLA.
\n\tTo be responsible for communicating effectively with third party suppliers to resolve issues and improve SLAs. Logging third line support calls, chasing when needed and acting as the point of escalation.
\n\tProvide support on in-house developed packages
\n\tProvide support on printing problems
\n\tAssist where applicable with the definition and maintenance of standards
\n\tPrepare and maintain installation guides
\n\tSupport, setup and installation of Android devices and other mobility devices
\n\tAssist with the 3CX phones and setup where needed
\n\tDo network related tests i.e. network points, fly heads.
\n\tManage shares and security in the desktop environment
\n\tIncident Management<\/p>\n

\tA+ N+
\n\tMCSE an advantage
\n\t2 -3 years\u2019 experience in an IT Support Environment<\/p>\n
