{"id":20036,"date":"2025-09-26T10:02:13","date_gmt":"2025-09-26T10:02:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/southafrica\/job\/principal-business-development-senior-credit-controller-senior-specialist-technical-analyst\/"},"modified":"2025-10-09T00:24:10","modified_gmt":"2025-10-09T00:24:10","slug":"principal-business-development-senior-credit-controller-senior-specialist-technical-analyst","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/southafrica\/?post_type=job_listing&p=20036","title":{"rendered":"Principal &#8211; Business Development \n\n\n            \n\n            \n            Senior Credit Controller \n\n\n            \n\n            \n            Senior Specialist Technical Analyst \n\n\n            \n\n            \n            Manager: Indirect Private Sector Sales \n\n\n            \n\n            \n            Specialist"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Role Purpose\/Business Unit:<\/p>\n<p>\tThe Business Development Principal is accountable for finding new business opportunities to Vodacom across new designated client logos and\/or under-indexed strategic client accounts.<br \/>\n\tThe role is focused on identifying new sales opportunities, ensuring the documentation and delivery of the customer business solution requirements in line with the business strategy, products and solutions capability with the focus to drive profitable and long-term revenue growth, customer experience &amp; satisfaction and all other related business commercial objectives.<\/p>\n<p>Your responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n<p>Sales &amp; Stakeholder Management<\/p>\n<p>\tManage the entire sales process, including prospecting, qualifying, proposing, negotiating and closing opportunities<br \/>\n\tCultivate credible long-term relationships with prospects and customers to encourage repeat business<br \/>\n\tAchieve and exceed assigned sales revenue targets<br \/>\n\tMaintain comprehensive, accurate and timely records of contact and opportunity information<br \/>\n\tIdentify and develop new accounts while expanding business within existing accounts<br \/>\n\tImplement comprehensive channel and partner strategy with multipoint lead generation to maximize outreach<br \/>\n\tLeverage existing networks and alliances to uncover additional sales opportunities<br \/>\n\tProvide accurate forecasts for business deals to be closed<br \/>\n\tDrive new business initiatives that encompass all product and solutions service offerings.<\/p>\n<p>Reporting<\/p>\n<p>\tAssesses customer and market trends and provides timely and accurate revenue forecasting.<br \/>\n\tPrepare monthly\/ Weekly Run Rate and Demand Management<br \/>\n\tPerform Sales Analysis by product<br \/>\n\tAnnual Sales Strategy &amp; Budget Planning<br \/>\n\tPrepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.<br \/>\n\tForecast and track key account metrics<br \/>\n\tPrepare reports on account status, give recommendations to maximize sales as per the identifying trends, gaps and opportunities.
