\tHey Dude Sandton is looking for a Keyholder to join their team.
\n\tWell established leading-edge international brand in the Retail sector is looking to appoint someone in the role of a Key Holder.
\n\tThis individual will be responsible for opening and closing the store. The Key Holder will also handle operational procedures, assisting cashiers, providing customer service and be responsible for the housekeeping of the store.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Operations:<\/p>\n
\tHousekeeping
\n\tStock takes and stock replenishment duties.
\n\tPoint of sale control
\n\tOpening and closing procedures
\n\tFloor staff training
\n\tAuthorization of refunds, returns and rejects.
\n\tCash up and banking’s<\/p>\n
Team Management:<\/p>\n
\tAssisting Manager\/supervisor in any area as per daily managing that might be required from you
\n\tGeneral staff control
\n\tReporting all staff and store problems to Store Manager or Regional Area Manager<\/p>\n
Customer satisfaction:<\/p>\n
\tExcellent customer service
\n\tAssist Manager with in house customer queries and problems.
\n\tCustomer queries<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12
\n\t2 years\u2019 experience as a sales assistant
\n\t1 year of Key Holding experience
\n\tDemonstrated ability to achieve sales budgets.
\n\tExtensive stock management experience<\/p>\n
