About the Role<\/p>\n
\tAs a Life Insurance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering actuarial consulting services while contributing to business development initiatives. You\u2019ll manage multiple projects, ensuring high-quality results are delivered on time and within budget.
\n\tThis role requires technical expertise in life insurance, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to diverse audiences.
\n\tYou\u2019ll also stay ahead of industry developments such as Solvency II and IFRS 17 regulations, applying this knowledge to client work. Flexibility and occasional travel to client sites are required.<\/p>\n
What We\u2019re Looking For:<\/p>\n
\tPart-Qualified or Fully Qualified Life Actuary
\n\tExperience in life insurance consulting or (re)insurance roles is an advantage
\n\tProven expertise in\u00a0Capital\/Solvency II,\u00a0IFRS 17, financial modelling, and risk management techniques.
\n\tExperience in reviewing and challenging models and results; knowledge of with-profits products is desirable.
\n\tStrong project leadership skills with the ability to manage small teams (2\u20133 colleagues).
\n\tDemonstrated success in managing multiple projects while delivering quality results on time and within budget.
\n\tAnalytical problem-solving skills combined with creative thinking to resolve complex issues.
\n\tAbility to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
\n\tFlexibility to work across diverse projects and willingness to travel when required.<\/p>\n
