Description<\/p>\n
\tA vacancy exists for an Artisan (Electrical \u2013 Responsible for RH Bell & RH Rand), reporting to the Technical Services Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for technical-related systems of the facility, including but not limited to maintenance, repair and installation of equipment, devices and appliances.<\/p>\n
Critical Outputs<\/p>\n
\tEnsure preventative maintenance is conducted as per schedule and\/ or per Manager\u2019s instruction.
\n\tPerform onsite repairs and installations on equipment, devices and appliances.
\n\tConduct routine inspection on devices and appliances- report on the functioning of plant and machinery (including transformers, UPS, generators).
\n\tEnsure that the necessary training is conducted with all end- users to ensure compliance with manufacturers\u2019 specifications on equipment.
\n\tTroubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.
\n\tMaintaining good knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems.
\n\tPerform standby duties as required.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tMatric or related NQF level 4 qualification.
\n\tTrade test certification from N3 level.
\n\t3-year post qualification experience in a similar role.
\n\tHospital experience is advantageous.
\n\tDrivers\u2019 license and own transport is essential.<\/p>\n
