\tA well-established and growing packaging and security printing company seeks an experienced\u00a0Flexo Print Operator based in Mobeni\u00a0to operate and ensure smooth running of printing and bag machines as well as uphold standard quality of products.<\/p>\n
Qualifications\/Experience required:<\/p>\n
\tMatric
\n\tPrint Machine Minder Certificate
\n\t+- 5 Years experience working on a Flexo Print machine
\n\tMust have experience on running wide web
\n\tExperience in water-based printing on paper advantageous<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tHelp with problem solving and have technical expertise on Bag and Printing machines
\n\tAssist in designing print set-up procedures
\n\tcome forward with practical information for us to formulate procedures and manuals.
\n\tSet up and run printing machines
\n\tPlate mounting
\n\tChanging of reels
\n\tColour matching
\n\tTension control (of the paper)
\n\tPrint\/ink Sequences
\n\tAnilox choices (depending on ink coverage, image, paper etc)
\n\tGeneral Problem solving revolving around printing, inks etc
\n\tAssist in knowledge transfer
\n\tBe able to handle quick changeovers<\/p>\n
