\tWe are looking for a Maintenance Manager to join our dynamic team. The role of the incumbent is responsible for overseeing the safe operation of the plant and the equipment and for ensuring that the relevant statutory regulations are adhered to and to ensure efficient operations of the Bakery<\/p>\n
Accountabilities<\/p>\n
\tPlan and implement a maintenance program for the Bakery as well as oversee major repairs of breakdowns to minimize repairs and maintenance costs in the region
\n\tManage internal\/technical\/process projects and developed and controlled maintenance budget and consumables inventory for unit
\n\tPlan and effect a maintenance schedule for all material handling equipment ensuring minimum downtime
\n\tDrive asset productivity through agreed KPI\u2019s and efficiencies
\n\tCoordinate the planned maintenance programme with other functional areas to ensure optimal operations efficiencies
\n\tLead the maintenance team towards meeting targets through regular communication and utilization of full organizational talent management tool set Implemented equipment upgrades & enhancements
\n\tEnsured occupational safety and health and managed team
\n\tEnsure Critical spare management routines are adhered to
\n\tEnsure accurarate Root Cause Analysis are performed on major breakdowns<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
What will qualify you for the role<\/p>\n
\tB.Tech \/ B.Sc : Engineering Trade Test with 3-5 years relevant experience (post qualification)
\n\t6 years\u2019 experience in a maintenance environment
\n\t3 Years’ experience Project Management Experience
\n\t3-4 Years’ experience in Management
\n\tMust have mechanical and applicable electrical experience and fault finding
