We are searching for a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist\/Coordinator to join our office in Johannebsurg.
\n\tWe are looking for a specialized recruiter that comes from an internal and external background with a passion for sourcing, client engagement and that has in-depth knowledge of the EPCM industry, competition and market. \u00a0
\n\tYou must be able to thrive working in a fast-paced environment and have an orientation towards working collaboratively, taking initiative and driving initiatives forward.
\n\tThe successful candidate will have to be highly-adaptable to a fast-paced environment and deal with a large volume of deliverables.
\n\tFurthermore, you would be required to not only fulfil the role of a 360 Recruitment Consultant function, but also to handle various administrative tasks.<\/p>\n
As the successful candidate, you will:<\/p>\n
\tSource top talent regionally and implement key talent attraction strategies, in partnership with the regional talent acquisition team.
\n\tManage large, complex recruitment projects, pipeline critical resources and source.
\n\tProvide full cycle talent attraction and acquisition regionally, working closely with colleagues.
\n\tPartner with leadership teams on the development and delivery of key talent attraction strategies.
\n\tBuild and maintain a network of industry contacts, brand awareness, and strategic external partnerships.
\n\tEstablish and maintain talent market expertise including industry trends and competitors, and innovative recruiting techniques and platforms, across all areas of Hatch\u2019s business.
\n\tUpdate internal data and tracker systems on all recruitment activities in the region on a weekly basis.<\/p>\n
You bring to the role:<\/p>\n
\tA relevant University Degree or equivalent
\n\t3 – 5 years recrutiment experience in the project engineering or consulting industry
\n\tExperience with full recruiting lifecycle inclusive of delivering talent pipelines
\n\tProven sourcing experience, excellent candidate searching and networking skills
\n\tWillingness to take the lead on administrative tasks i.e. scheduling interviews, conducting bacground checks etc.
\n\tAbility to motivate others \u2013 demonstrating a proactive and innovative approach with a high level of passion and initiative
\n\tClient focused with enthusiasm to provide high quality customer service
\n\tReliability and accountability
\n\tAdaptable and can handle ambiguity
\n\tMust be willing to work in the office 5 days a week, no hybrid model available<\/p>\n
