\tTo support a positive workforce experience by activating learning solutions\/programmes conducted internally and by external Providers; providing feedback that allows the Learning CoE to proactively manage and engage employees within the area of work, within a transformed environment.
\n\tTo analyse and integrate data, submitting reports to support workforce insights, that can help business and CoE leaders shape decisions and enable a digitally driven CoE strategy and philosophy.<\/p>\n

Minimum qualifications<\/p>\n
\tDegree in Human Resources Management \/ Behavioural Science \/ Social Science \/ Commerce \/ Occupationally Directed Education and Training Practice qualification.<\/p>\n
Experience required<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 3 -4 years\u2019 workplace experience within Learning and Development, with evidence of contribution to the People & Culture practice.
\n\tStrong understanding of learning principles and digital learning technologies.
\n\tExperience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, LMS analytics.
\n\tGood understanding of the utilisation and integration of different technologies used to support digitally integrated learning eco-systems i.e. Network Next, Degreed, LinkedIn Learning, Coursera, Intuition and Visier.
\n\tPrior experience and excellent understanding of Learning Governance, Risk, Regulatory, Prudential & Compliance.
\n\tExcellent understanding of Learning and Development financial management, i.e, invoice spreadsheet, monitoring of invoices and receipting of invoices on Coupa.
\n\tExperience in digital governance standards to ensure technical compliance across the learning and development systems. Actively search for opportunities to improve and innovate systems and processes whilst reporting on errors and performance of these systems ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
\n\tMust be able to coordinate and support the delivery of learning solutions across People & Culture.
\n\tAbility to liaise with internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure seamless execution of learning programmes.
\n\tPromote participation and engagement in learning initiatives aligned to strategic workforce priorities.
\n\tGather and analyse participant feedback to assess programme effectiveness.
\n\tProvide insights to L&D teams to refine learning offerings and improve employee experience.
\n\tAct as a learning ambassador, fostering a culture of continuous development.
\n\tCollect, analyse, and interpret learning and workforce data to generate actionable insights.
\n\tPrepare and submit regular reports to support strategic decision-making by HR and business leaders.
\n\tContribute to the development of dashboards and analytics tools that support a data-informed L&D strategy.
\n\tSupport the adoption of digital learning platforms and tools.
\n\tChampion innovative learning methods that align with the organisation\u2019s digital transformation goals.
\n\tCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure learning solutions are accessible, inclusive, and future-focused.<\/p>\n
