Description<\/p>\n
\tGeneral administrative duties.
\n\tMaintain appropriate filing systems.
\n\tMaintain accurate records and continuously update document expiry dates.
\n\tIssue contract expiry notifications to relevant departments.
\n\tCollate information and supporting documents for vendor\/credit applications as well as Air Services License amendment applications.
\n\tAssist in the processing of non-aviation insurance claims: lost\/damaged company property, motor accidents, group personal accident and travel insurance claims.
\n\tAssist in compiling aviation-related insurance claims.
\n\tAdminister the company\u2019s non-aviation insurance renewal.
\n\tMonitor and ensure ongoing POPI compliance.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 or Equivalent (Essential);
\n\tMinimum of 1 year administration experience in a mid-size organisation (Essential);
\n\tWillingness to work extended hours (including weekends) as and when required;
\n\tWilling to travel as and when required;
\n\tValid South Africa Passport;
\n\tSound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).<\/p>\n
