\tTWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Marketing Officer (Insurance) within the Corporate Services division at Piet Retief, Mpumalanga.<\/p>\n
Job Summary<\/p>\n
\tThis role is focused on executing strategic marketing initiatives that enhance visibility, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the growth of the Insurance department.
\n\tThe Marketing Officer will be responsible for coordinating targeted campaigns, driving cross-selling efforts, managing marketing content, and representing the business at key events. All activities must be carried out in alignment with regulatory standards, within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities and Duties<\/p>\n
\tImplementing marketing strategies for individual JR\u2019s and BEE brokers on Insurance portfolio
\n\tImplement, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event platforms
\n\tLead multiple campaigns to promote insurance products, services and systems
\n\tDrive brand awareness and positioning of the Insurance department in line with corporate identity and strategic goals
\n\tMonitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools to track ROI and adjust strategy
\n\tEnsure all marketing materials and activities comply with relevant insurance, financial services, and regulatory standards
\n\tLiaise with compliance officers and legal advisors to review and approve marketing content
\n\tInitiate and support cross-selling opportunities across the Insurance portfolio
\n\tAssist broker teams with tailored marketing material, presentations, and client-facing communications
\n\tIdentify and leverage opportunities to grow market share
\n\tCoordinate marketing initiatives between internal teams (brokers, compliance, corporate marketing)
\n\tRepresent the TWK Insurance department at industry events, exhibitions, sponsorships, and community initiatives
\n\tManage the TWK Insurance department\u2019s presence at sponsored events to maximise exposure and customer engagement
\n\tDrive and support BEE (Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment) marketing initiatives
\n\tContribute to CSI (Corporate Social Investment) and community outreach programs aligned with the Insurance department\u2019s values
\n\tSupport customer education through newsletters, guides and webinars
\n\tProject management of all change management processes and advertising campaigns
\n\tManage and oversee the branding\/logos of standard documents<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Skills<\/p>\n
\tDegree\/diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field
\n\tProven experience in marketing, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector
\n\tSolid understanding of online media platforms and digital marketing campaigns
\n\tStrong analytical skills with the ability to measure campaign effectiveness
\n\tExcellent communication, organisational, and project management skills
\n\tAbility to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities<\/p>\n
