Deliver robust account\u00a0plans to achieve sales objectives. The account\u00a0plan should include the revenue potential for\u00a01-3 years and the associated plans to\u00a0achieve this revenue.<br \/>\n\tImplement commercial strategies and\u00a0then execute in line with company policies. Generate and maintain opportunity\u00a0pipeline and credible business revenue\u00a0<br \/>\n\tforecasts order to meet sales targets.Present Liquid Intelligent Technologiess\u00a0services and offerings to assigned\/new\u00a0customers while leading account planning\u00a0cycles and ensuring that the customers\u2019 needs,\u00a0and expectations are met.Proactively assess, clarify and validate\u00a0customer requirements on an on-going basis.<br \/>\n\tImplement a detailed sales strategy for all\u00a0strategic accounts.Track and record sales activities on all\u00a0accounts on SFDC.Collaborating very closely with teams\u00a0<br \/>\n\tfrom other departments within Liquid. Partner\u00a0with internal cross-functional teams to\u00a0understand customer goals and key\u00a0performance metrics.Understand clients&#8217; business and\u00a0generate new ideas to improve the\u00a0customers\u2019 business.<br \/>\n\tBuild trust, credibility, and client\u00a0referrals.Maintain or improve account profitability\u00a0by customizing solutions as per customer\u00a0requirements.Oversee the execution of the complete\u00a0sales process for all customers, including:\u00a0customer request handling, customer\u00a0information gathering, finalisation of product\u00a0specification and selection and SLA\u00a0negotiation and finalisation<br \/>\n\tEnsure all after-sale customer queries or\u00a0issues that come through sales department\u00a0are properly handed over to customer care.Ensure all support departments are\u00a0<br \/>\n\tadequately briefed on customer details, to\u00a0enable delivery of the order and adequate\u00a0after sales customer support. Conduct business professionally and\u00a0ethically by adhering to all company policies,\u00a0procedures and business ethics codes.Resolve any issues and problems of\u00a0Liquid customers and act as an interface\u00a0between Liquid customer and the internal\u00a0teams.<br \/>\n\tResponsible for generating leads and\u00a0developing a revenue pipeline for the account for the next 1-3 years.\u00a0Accountable for executing a gap plan if\u00a0the revenue pipeline does not meet the\u00a0assigned budget set for each Senior Key\u00a0Account Manager Identify and establish relationships in\u00a0new and existing geography and segments<br \/>\n\tProvide pre-sales and after-sales\u00a0assistance in bid\/tender processes.Manage customer relationships with\u00a0allocated and new clients.Deliver presentations and propose\u00a0<br \/>\n\tconsultation-based solutions.Keep abreast on the market changes\u00a0and have a broad understanding of\u00a0Information, Communication, Cloud and\u00a0Internal All Employees<br \/>\n\tTechnology Services.
