Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tParticipate in structured training and development programs.
\n\tSupport various departments in day-to-day operations and projects.
\n\tConduct research, data analysis, and prepare reports.
\n\tAssist in problem-solving and process improvement initiatives.
\n\tAttend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
\n\tCollaborate with teams across functions to achieve organizational goals.
\n\tPresent findings and recommendations to senior staff when required.<\/p>\n
Skills & Competencies:<\/p>\n
\tExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
\n\tStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
\n\tAbility to work both independently and as part of a team.
\n\tStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.
\n\tAdaptability and willingness to take initiative.<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tCompleted Bachelor\u2019s degree (or equivalent) in Real Estate, Financial Management, Property Studies. \u00a0Obtained from an accredited university.
\n\tRecent graduate (within 0\u20132 years of graduation).
\n\tStrong academic record and eagerness to learn.<\/p>\n
