{"id":20161,"date":"2025-09-28T16:00:18","date_gmt":"2025-09-28T16:00:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/southafrica\/job\/people-consultant-onboarding-and-administration-dbn\/"},"modified":"2025-12-29T00:24:40","modified_gmt":"2025-12-29T00:24:40","slug":"people-consultant-onboarding-and-administration-dbn","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/southafrica\/?post_type=job_listing&p=20161","title":{"rendered":"People Consultant : Onboarding and Administration (DBN)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>About the Role<\/p>\n<p>\tTo support SA\/UK teams to provide efficient, high-quality administrative support across the employee lifecycle by ensuring accurate data management, timely processing of HR transactions, and a positive employee experience.<br \/>\n\tThe People Services Administrator plays a key role in delivering consistent, compliant, and service-oriented HR support that enables operational excellence across regions.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Onboarding Enablement &amp; Coordination<\/p>\n<p>\tPrepare and issue compliant employment contracts and onboarding documentation across multiple regions (e.g., South Africa, UK, and future expansions).<br \/>\n\tCoordinate cross-functional onboarding activities (e.g., facilities, payroll, IT) to support a smooth end-to-end employee journey.<\/p>\n<p>People Data Integrity &amp; Lifecycle Management<\/p>\n<p>\tManage and maintain accurate employee data across all core HR systems (e.g., Payspace, Dayforce, YouManage), ensuring end-to-end data<br \/>\n\tintegrity.<br \/>\n\tExecute employee lifecycle transactions (e.g., promotions, transfers, secondments) in alignment with defined SLAs, local market regulations, and audit requirements.<br \/>\n\tPerform critical inputs and audits on employee records, including personal details, job information, remuneration, and client allocations.<\/p>\n<p>Leave Administration &amp; Workforce Transactions<\/p>\n<p>\tAdminister leave-related and employee absence records via approved platforms.<br \/>\n\tEnsure alignment with market-specific policies and legislative standards.<br \/>\n\tSupport and handle queries and escalations.<\/p>\n<p>Service Excellence and Employee Support<\/p>\n<p>\tAct as administrative support to HRBPs.<br \/>\n\tTriage and resolve HR-related tickets from employees and managers.<br \/>\n\tIssue standard HR documentation (e.g., confirmation of employment, certificates of service).<\/p>\n<p>Compliance, Audit &amp; Record Management<\/p>\n<p>\tMaintain audit-ready records in line with statutory requirements.<br \/>\n\tPrepare and submit documentation for internal and external audits across regions.<br \/>\n\tEnsure HR documentation is updated, stored, and version-controlled across platforms.<br \/>\n\tGenerate and maintain basic reports to support People Operations and Operations alike.<\/p>\n<p>Process Improvement &amp; Operational Effectiveness<\/p>\n<p>\tIdentify and recommend improvements for process standardisation and automation.<br \/>\n\tSupport the development of SOPs to ensure scalable and consistent HR service delivery as the function grows geographically.<\/p>\n<p>Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n<p>\tA minimum of Matric\/NQF 4 qualification\u00a0<br \/>\n\tHR\/People-related tertiary qualification is preferred<br \/>\n\tAt least 1year BPO experience (familiarity with BPO workflows, KPIs, to ensure service excellence)<br \/>\n\tAt least 2 years in an admin focused role (preferably in an HR administration or shared services environment)<br \/>\n\tProficiency in MS Office Suite<br \/>\n\tExperience working on HRIS platforms is highly advantageous<br \/>\n\tExcellent communication (verbal and written)<br \/>\n\tClear Disciplinary Record<\/p>\n<p>Required Skills\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tStrong attention to detail and data accuracy<br \/>\n\tExcellent organisational and time management skills<br \/>\n\tKnowledge of HR systems (e.g., Dayforce, Payspace, YouManage, Paradox, SimplifyHR)<br \/>\n\tAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines<br \/>\n\tStrong communication and interpersonal skills<br \/>\n\tProblem-solving and service-oriented mindset<br \/>\n\tConfidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information<br \/>\n\tStrong skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Word<\/p>\n<p>Apply via company website ( N \/ A ) or<\/p>\n<p>huntswood.simplify.hr<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"http:\/\/huntswood.simplify.hr","_company_name":"Huntswood","_company_website":"http:\/\/N%20\/%20A","_company_tagline":"We are Huntswood.
