\tOur\u00a0top National FMCG\u00a0client\u00a0and\u00a0large manufacturer and supplier is seeking a\u00a0National Account Manager\u00a0to join their sales team based in KZN, Upper Highway area. This role will focus on managing\u00a0their\u00a0key national accounts, driving revenue growth, and implementing strategic sales initiatives.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key national accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
\n\tImplement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
\n\tConduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive activities.
\n\tDevelop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key accounts.
\n\tCollaborate with internal departments (marketing, finance, product development, and customer service) to support overall business objectives.
\n\tUtilize CRM systems to track customer interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics.
\n\tSupport and mentor account teams to enhance skills and knowledge.<\/p>\n
Key Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tProven experience in sales, account management, or related roles.
\n\tStrong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
\n\tProficiency in CRM systems and data analysis.
\n\tAbility to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
\n\tCustomer-focused, strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.<\/p>\n
