\tHealth\/ Science Tertiary Degree related qualification
\n\tMinimum of two years of experience in clinical research
\n\tExperience working on adolescent studies
\n\tFluent in isiXhosa

\n\tProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet)
\n\tExcellent communications skills (verbal and written)

Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Mental health study Management<\/p>\n
\tThe successful implementation and execution of mental health studies, protocols and SOPs to ensure smooth and successful running of studies from start up to archiving
\n\tResponsible for staff training (including documentation) and oversight, data collection, and other administrative tasks Managing regulatory submissions
\n\tEnsure that QC\/ QA processes are followed<\/p>\n
Qualitative data collection, coding and analysis\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tConduct qualitative interviews, focus groups and participatory workshops with participants
\n\tAssist with coding analysis and dissemination of qualitative data<\/p>\n
Communication<\/p>\n
\tMaintain a positive relationship between site staff, between staff and participants and staff and any external stakeholders
\n\tReport regularly to PI and Site Lead and keep them updated on study-related issues and challenges
\n\tAdministrative and academic support
\n\tAssist PI with literature reviews, presentations and other research tasks
\n\tPerform administrative duties related to study procurement, pay<\/p>\n
