To maintain excellent customer relationships through effective service delivery; to assist with daily tasks with the objective of retaining and growing the defined portfolios.<br \/>\n\tTo actively resolve all client queries that have been escalated within a reasonable timeframe and to actively identify leads for respective Sector Heads.<br \/>\n\tTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.<\/p>\n<p>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>\tProvides purpose fit solutions through an in-depth understanding of specific client needs relating to the services our client provides.<br \/>\n\tEngages with clients on a regular basis to maintain sound relationships.<br \/>\n\tActs as primary contact between clients and our client\u2019s for purposes of: negotiating prices within the parameters of the Authority Framework;\u00a0\u00a0providing customised solutions; problem\/issue resolution; Oversee onsite client projects to meet agreed SLA\u00a0\u00a0<br \/>\n\tStays abreast of and informs the Regional Sales Manager of changing market and competitor trends.<br \/>\n\tMaintains a current and updated database on all clients in own portfolio.<br \/>\n\tMust be able to sell a diverse portfolio of services, including physical and digital storage solutions, cloud-based platforms, document scanning and digitisation, physical-to-digital data conversion, business process outsourcing (BPO) with a focus on transitioning operations to SAAS platforms, and secure data destruction services.<br \/>\n\tCompiles and reports on a quarterly basis.<br \/>\n\tDevelop Account Plans as agreed with Regional Sales Manager for the allocated Portfolio to leverage new opportunities and ensure customer retention.<br \/>\n\tReports sales and service statistics to the Head of Sales\/Regional Sales Manager\/ Sector Head on a weekly basis.\u00a0\u00a0<br \/>\n\tEnsures that the service offering provided satisfies customers\u2019 needs and identifies leads across their allocated Sector Heads within their Portfolios.<br \/>\n\tResolve all enquiries or queries escalated to you within a reasonable timeframe and communicates concerns relating to service delivery to Operations and to respective support and management personnel. Ensures remediation thereof.<br \/>\n\tEnsure that your portfolio is sufficiently serviced to ensure customer satisfaction.<br \/>\n\tEnsure that clients\u2019 portfolios data integrity is accurately maintained.<br \/>\n\tAssists with preparing and presenting business proposals to both existing and new potential customers.<br \/>\n\tMaintains close relationships with the Sector Head to capitalise on opportunities identified.<br \/>\n\tEnsures effective management of documentation and records as defined within the customer\u2019s document retention strategy by informing customers of past due dates.<br \/>\n\tDeals with, resolves, and reports on issues, concerns and complaints as relates to your portfolio or allocated clients.<\/p>\n<p>Requirements<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<\/p>\n<p>\tBachelor\u2019s Degree in Sales\/Marketing\/Business Management.<br \/>\n\tAt least 8 years\u2019 experience in a sales &amp; business development role preferably in Information Services, SAAS and BPO environments.<br \/>\n\tPostgraduate qualification in business administration will be highly advantageous.<br \/>\n\tMust have business to business (B2B) experience.<br \/>\n\tHave experience in selling software as a service<br \/>\n\tProficient in modern CRM platforms.<br \/>\n\tHave experience with cloud technologies.<br \/>\n\tExperience in transitioning manual or paper-based operations to automated SAAS-based workflows.<br \/>\n\tMust have excellent track record in delivering high level sales presentations.<br \/>\n\tMust have commercial and contractual understanding.<br \/>\n\tMust have excellent track record in meeting and exceedingly monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.<br \/>\n\tMust have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br \/>\n\tMust have a flair and drive for sales.<br \/>\n\tMust be hardworking and solutions driven.<br \/>\n\tMust be a team player.<br \/>\n\tMust have business acumen and be able to communicate with senior to top management levels.<br \/>\n\tMust be prepared to travel between sites\/clients.<br \/>\n\tMust be highly computer literate.<br \/>\n\tDemonstrate excellent organisational skills.<br \/>\n\tMust be able to engage with client technical teams (IT, InfoSec, Data Governance) and business decision-makers (Procurement, Legal, C-level)<br \/>\n\tMust have experience in tender document preparation.<br \/>\n\tAbility to work independently.<br \/>\n\tMust have own vehicle and valid driver\u2019s licence.<\/p>\n<p>BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES:<\/p>\n<p>Essential Competencies:<\/p>\n<p>\tRelating &amp; Networking<br \/>\n\tPersuading &amp; Influencing<br \/>\n\tPresenting &amp; Communicating Information<br \/>\n\tLearning &amp; Researching<br \/>\n\tDelivering Results &amp; Meeting Customer Expectations<br \/>\n\tCoping with Pressures &amp; Setbacks<br \/>\n\tAchieving Personal Work Goals &amp; Objectives<br \/>\n\tEntrepreneurial &amp; Commercial Thinking<\/p>\n<p>Desirable Competencies:<\/p>\n<p>\tDeciding &amp; Initiating Action<br \/>\n\tApplying Expertise &amp; Technology<br \/>\n\tAnalysing<br \/>\n\tPlanning &amp; Organising<\/p>\n<p>Apply via company website ( N \/ A ) or<\/p>\n<p>salesworx.zohorecruit.com<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"http:\/\/salesworx.zohorecruit.com","_company_name":"Salesworx Recruitment (Pty) Ltd","_company_website":"http:\/\/N%20\/%20A","_company_tagline":"We partner with clients who look to us for sourcing talent across South Africa & EMEA.
