\tWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a Data Governance & Reporting Analyst. This role combines the strategic oversight of data governance with the technical expertise of reporting and analytics.
\n\tThe ideal candidate will ensure data quality, compliance, and accessibility while transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tDevelop and enforce data governance policies, standards, and procedures.
\n\tCollaborate with data stewards and business units to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.
\n\tMonitor data lifecycle management, including metadata, lineage, and classification.
\n\tSupport compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and internal data policies.
\n\tConduct data quality assessments and implement remediation plans.
\n\tDesign, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
\n\tTranslate business requirements into data queries and visualizations.
\n\tAnalyze trends, patterns, and anomalies to support strategic initiatives.
\n\tAutomate recurring reports and streamline reporting processes.
\n\tPresent findings to stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner.<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tDegree level or equivalent business experience.
\n\tMust have at least 3 years total information technology experience.
\n\tMust have at least 3 years of experience using data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, CRMA).<\/p>\n
