\n\tDevelop automated solutions for service management using ServiceNow and Microsoft applications
\n\tIntegrating and developing Microsoft and ServiceNow applications with other programs\/systems, ensuring seamless functionality and data flow across platforms\u00a0
\n\tCarry out analysis to support the design of processes and practices and work with client groups to capture unmet needs\u00a0
\n\tRun testing of system configuration within supporting technologies such as ServiceNow, Co Pilot, and PowerApps \u00a0
\n\tLead in cross functional, business-facing workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and identify automation opportunities.\u00a0
\n\tResearch and evaluate emerging technologies and automation in the service domain\u00a0

Is this role right for you?<\/p>\n
\tDemonstrable experience of ServiceNow (ServiceNow Certified System Administrator is desirable but not essential)
\n\tDemonstratable experience in Power Platform including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents.\u00a0
\n\tITIL certification in service management foundation level (or related equivalent qualification) is desirable but not essential\u00a0
\n\tAble to operate support and develop solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, ServiceNow and automation tools\u00a0
\n\tExperience configuring solutions to support service automation.<\/p>\n
