Job Description<\/p>\n
\tThe above position is vacant at Newcastle CIT branch, reporting to the Regional General Manager.
\n\tThe overall purpose of this position is to ensure the effective and efficient operations of the Branch and ensuring that all site specific security requirements are adhered to and that the client\u2019s needs are efficiently and professionally met at all times.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tMatric certificate, PSIRA Grade A registration and accreditation.
\n\tAt least 5 years\u2019 experience in the security industry.
\n\tWorking knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management and its requirements.
\n\tPeople management experience.
\n\tAdministration, interpersonal communication and client liaison skills are required.
\n\tStrong planning, leadership, organisational skills as well as good interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
\n\tComputer literacy on Microsoft Programs.
\n\tOwn reliable transport and valid Driver\u2019s License is required.
\n\tLiving within a reasonable distance from the branch or willing to relocate<\/p>\n
Key Performance Areas: (not totally inclusive):<\/p>\n
\tEnsuring that contractual requirements are met as stipulated by the client.
\n\tMaintaining good relations between Fidelity Security Service Group and the Client with regard to security services rendered.
\n\tConstantly evaluating the service levels provided and making recommendations to the client regarding the improvement of services.
\n\tEnsuring that Security staff maintains required performance at all times.
\n\tDealing with all required administration matters.
\n\tLiaising daily with Executive management on various operational issues.
\n\tSubmitting relevant weekly \/ monthly incident and general reports as required by Senior Management.<\/p>\n
