\n\tOff er listing management\u2013 help sellers create and maintain high-quality offers; ensure price accuracy, stock synchronisation, and full attribute completeness
\n\tCatalogue & SLA monitoring\u2013 track catalogue health, service levels, and flag issues early
\n\tPerformance analysis\u2013 monitor GMV, take-rate, returns, and NPS using advanced Excel or Google Sheets
\n\tProcess improvement\u2013 document SOPs and propose automations to streamline routine tasks
\n\tSeller education\u2013 assist with webinars, training decks, and one-pagers that help partners grow<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\t2 to 3 years managing third-party marketplace sellers on ecommerce platforms.\u00a0
\n\tAdvanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
\n\tExperience creating training materials or SOPs that improved seller performance.
\n\tFluent English is advantageous.
\n\tExposure to B2B SaaS or management consulting.
\n\tMarketplace work in emerging markets.
\n\tFamiliarity with feed-management tools such as ChannelAdvisor or ShoppingFeeder.<\/p>\n
