\tWorking in our claims department you\u2019ll be a key point of contact for customers with insurance claims queries. As a business which strives to provide fair and timely resolution for our customers, we want to ensure that their concerns are appropriately handled every time.
\n\tYour main objective when you engage with our customers will be to understand, address and resolve whilst adhering to treating customers fairly, and upholding principles and FCA guidelines.

Job Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\t\u00a0You will always make sure, that the customer\u2019s interest comes first, whilst providing exceptional customer service. You\u2019ll have experience in both outbound and inbound calls, as well as experience of running cases from start to finish. \u00a0It is important to engage and communicate effectively, ensuring their complaint is resolved in a timely manner. You will be required to lodge claims, update details and make adjustments or cancellations.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Job Requirements<\/p>\n
\tNational Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
\n\tClear Credit and Criminal record
\n\t1- 2 years\u2019 experience in Insurance Claims (Local or International)
\n\tProven experience in the insurance space
\n\tProven track record of high performance
\n\tExcellent command and use of English, both written and Verbal
\n\tAttention to detail.
\n\tStrong analytical and numeric skills<\/p>\n
Required Skills<\/p>\n
\tAssisting customers with their insurance claims.
\n\tHandling customer enquiries via email and telephonically.
\n\tProactively identify issues and problems before they arise.
\n\tAssist with escalated calls and complaints in line with procedures.
\n\tProviding world class customer service to international clients.
\n\tWorking with various parts of the business to resolve issues<\/p>\n
