Job Purpose<\/p>\n
\tA seasoned professional specialising in SAP BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation) solutions. The role encompasses business and systems requirement analysis, technical design, development, configuration, and end-to-end landscape implementation. Proficient in both SAP BPC Standard and Embedded solutions, ensuring high-quality design and development aligned with agile methodologies realising business benefits across BPC Standard, Embedded, and BW4HANA modules within the SAP eco system.<\/p>\n
Job Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tExpert knowledge in: BPC Standard and Embedded, Planning, Consolidations, Master data modelling, Script development, Fox development, BW modelling and ETL, A4O reporting and EPM reporting.
\n\tAbility to design best practice solutions according to business requirements, technically develop the solutions, user acceptance testing and promoting to Production.
\n\tContribute to quality and financial goals by operating within agreed budget and by conforming to the Service Level Agreements.
\n\tPlans and prioritise work outputs with a realistic sense of time a resource involved and in conformance to programming and\/or configuration standards and \/or documentation in line with best practices.
\n\tInvestigate and propose enhancements which will result in improved performance.
\n\tResponds to customers with the appropriate level of urgency.
\n\tManage own work and time to achievement of project\/deliverables.
\n\tTakes ownership in ensuring that customers\u2019 expectations are met.
\n\tCustomer liaison into business.
\n\tDemonstrates an understanding of how SAP software, services, products, and solutions add value to the business.
\n\tHighlights potential project or solution risks and issues to project management.
\n\tActs in a functional integration specialist role across various SAP disciplines.
\n\tProvide and develop new proposals to key stakeholder.
\n\tProvide Industry solutions and bets practices knowledge to clients.
\n\tMaintain and expand client contact as a high level and build credible relationship with key client personnel.
\n\tActively support other team members on projects as well as SAP internal tasks.
\n\tKnowledge Sharing
\n\tPrioritise and\/or integrate multiple projects \/tasks concurrently.
\n\tProvide input to highlight inter dependencies between projects and support.
\n\tConsult on project activities leading to the implementation of the requirements by applying project management principles across multiple projects.
\n\tProvide direction on all aspects of SAP systems and integration thereof.
\n\tIdentify and Mitigate risk.
\n\tDrive problem resolution.
\n\tInvolved in pre- project planning e.g., determining scope and solution.
\n\tKeep up to date on Nedbank strategy and SAP technologies.
\n\tAccountable for own activities and performance.
\n\tTakes a disciplined approach and works effectively towards clear objectives and prioritises.
\n\tAnalyses and appropriately judges the pro’s, cons, opportunities, and risks of a problem.

\n\tMaintain and sharing team knowledge.
\n\tContinually develop core skills, cross-functional expertise, and business knowledge.
\n\tCoach and mentor other resources in technical preparation of SAP Process Procedures, test scenarios, end-user documentation and user manuals.
\n\tResponsible for contributing to professional development of consultants.
\n\tPlay a role in the recruitment of new consultants.
\n\tParticipate in Nedbank Culture building initiatives.
\n\tParticipate and support corporate social responsibility initiatives.
\n\tAdd value to Nedbank by identifying and recommending opportunities to enhance processes, systems and policies and support implementation of new processes, policies, and systems.<\/p>\n
Essential Qualifications – NQF Level<\/p>\n
\tMatric \/ Grade 12 \/ National Senior Certificate
\n\tAdvanced Diplomas\/National 1st Degrees<\/p>\n
Preferred Qualification<\/p>\n
\tBcom\/IS\/IT ENG\/BSc\/Com Science related degree \u00a0<\/p>\n
Preferred Certifications<\/p>\n
\tCertified in multiple SAP modules \/ASAP & Solution Manager certifications.
\n\tSAP Business Planning and Consolidation certification
\n\tSAP Business Planning and Consolidation 10.1 and 11.0. (Standard \/ Embedded)<\/p>\n
Minimum Experience Level<\/p>\n
