\tWe are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Specialist Business Analyst to collaborate with stakeholders across the organization and develop a comprehensive view of our business strategy, processes, information, and IT assets. This role is pivotal in aligning business objectives with technology capabilities to ensure sustainable, agile, and adaptable solutions that meet current and future organizational needs.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tEngage with stakeholders to understand and document business strategy, processes, and information flows.
\n\tDevelop and maintain models and views that represent the organization\u2019s current and future state.
\n\tAlign business mission and strategy with IT strategy to drive cohesive transformation.
\n\tIntegrate business needs, capabilities, technology, and processes into efficient and effective solutions.
\n\tOperate at the highest levels of abstraction, ambiguity, and complexity to deliver strategic insights.
\n\tPerform detailed and high-level business analysis tasks across various domains and specialties.
\n\tApply industry-recognized Business Analysis frameworks and methodologies to guide decision-making.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tMatric \/ Grade 12 \/ National Senior Certificate
\n\tAdvanced Diplomas\/National 1st Degrees<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
\tProven experience in business analysis within complex organizational environments.
\n\tMastery of industry-standard Business Analysis knowledge areas (e.g., BABOK).
\n\tStrong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
\n\tExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
\n\tAbility to work across varying levels of detail\u2014from strategic to operational.
\n\tFamiliarity with enterprise architecture and modeling tools is a plus.<\/p>\n
