Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) seeks to equip young graduates with knowledge, skills and exposure to the market conduct regulation and supervision, and its role in the economy. The internship is a structured programme specifically designed to produce a pipeline of competent new entrants in the labour market and to assist the FSCA to deliver on its mandate to:<\/p>\n
\ttransform the integrity of financial markets;
\n\tprotect financial customers by promoting fair treatment by financial institutions; and\u00a0
\n\tprovide financial customers with financial education and maintaining financial stability.<\/p>\n
Roll out plan of the programme<\/p>\n
\tRecommended candidates will be given an opportunity to learn under the supervision of a dedicated mentor. Interns are assigned to a division, based on their qualifications and career aspirations, and exposed to various competency-based training during the one-year internship programme.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Education
\n\tBCom Economics\/Accounting\/Supply Chain Management
\n\tNational Diploma in Logistics
\n\tBSC in Mathematics\/Applied Mathematics\/Statistics\/Computer Science\/Information Technology
\n\tBachelor’s degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics (PPE)
\n\tBachelor of Laws (LLB)
\n\tBachelor\u2019s Degree or National Diploma in Office Administration\/Public Administration\/Business Administration\u00a0
\n\tBachelor\u2019s degree or National Diploma in Risk Management\/Legal\/Corporate Governance Administration<\/p>\n
Duration:<\/p>\n
\tOne-year internship, non-renewable contract.\u00a0
