Job Purpose:<\/p>\n
\tProvides support to our Commercial Sales leadership team.
\n\tThis role goes beyond traditional administrative duties, requiring a proactive individual who can leverage digital tools, automation, and AI to streamline operations, enhance presentations, and support data-driven decision-making.<\/p>\n
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Sales & Commercial Team Support<\/p>\n
\tAssist in the preparation of high-impact presentations and sales materials using PowerPoint, Canva, or other design tools.
\n\tCreate and maintain dashboards to track sales performance, KPIs, and market trends.
\n\tSupport the team with automation of repetitive tasks using tools like Power Automate, Excel macros, or AI assistants.\u00a0
\n\tCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for reporting and strategic planning.<\/p>\n
Executive Support<\/p>\n
\tManage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across multiple time zones.
\n\tOrganize domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and expense reporting.
\n\tPrepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.\u00a0
\n\tHandle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.<\/p>\n
Digital & AI Enablement<\/p>\n
\tUtilize AI tools to summarize reports, generate insights, and optimize workflows.
\n\tMaintain and improve digital filing systems and shared workspaces (e.g., SharePoint, Teams).
\n\tStay updated on emerging digital tools and recommend solutions to improve team efficiency.<\/p>\n
Required Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tQualify- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in a commercial or sales environment.
\n\tStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint). Experience with dashboard creation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate). Familiarity with AI tools and digital productivity solutions. –
\n\tExcellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. – Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple deadlines.
